• Replace all damaged or broken tiles
• High water pressure clean roof area
• Remove existing ridge capping
• All loose debris is completely removed (see note)
• New bedding laid (if necessary) using specialist flexible bedding product
• New pointing installed using specialist flexible pointing product
• Ridge capping is re-seated
• Weep holes created in ridge
• Valleys storm sealed with specialist foam where necessary for added protection
• Roof cleaned down to ensure clean surface for painting
• Gutters cleaned
• A sealer coat is applied
• Two (2) top coats are then applied (plus 4 spare tiles are also coated in case replacement tiles are needed at a later date)
• Flashing is re-tacked, sealed and hand painted as needed
• Barge capping is hand painted as needed
• Vent pipes, skylight surrounds and chimneys coated
• Your yard is left clean and tidy and your roof now looks like great!
